Udo’s Oil Blend provides a source of essential fatty acids and blends easily into smoothies, making this recipe a simple way to include healthy fats as part of your morning routine. The result is a satisfying smoothie that works well for breakfast, after exercise, or whenever you need a quick energy boost.

Tips and Variations

Make it extra creamy

Frozen sweet potato gives this smoothie a naturally creamy texture while adding subtle sweetness.

Alternative option

If you don’t have frozen sweet potato available, frozen banana can be used as an alternative for a similar creamy consistency.

Adjust the sweetness

Add a little maple syrup, honey or a date if you prefer a sweeter mocha flavour.

Serving idea
