Refund policy
In the event of damaged, faulty or incorrect products being dispatched, we are happy for you to return the goods to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product to ensure we can help you.Â
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind purchases.
Subscription orders are processed automatically at the selected interval. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is treated as a final sale and is not eligible for refund or return, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
To avoid being charged for the next order, subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
