Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Udo’s Oil® Omega 3•6•9 Blend
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Toppings (optional)
- Fresh pineapple
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut
- Fresh fruit such as mango or berries
Method
- Add the frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, Udo’s Oil Blend and chia seeds to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. If needed, add a small amount of additional coconut milk to help it blend.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
